If you would like to be involved in TTEF, yet are not eligible to be a Fellow or not able to to attend the Summer Institute due to scheduling conflicts, there are several other ways to be involved:
1. Volunteer – If you are a graduate student in teacher education, you can apply to be a Summer Institute Volunteer (Application: PDF / Word). Volunteers help with logisitics and program coordination. Volunteers are invited to attend the Keynotes and workshops. This is an excellent way to meet other scholars, learn about important issues in teacher education, and support work towards a future Fellowship application.
2. Apply to lead a workshop in 2019 – If you are interested in leading a workshop for the 2019 Summer Institute, sign up to receive an email with our call for proposals, which will be announced in August, 2018. Workshop leaders receive a stipend for leading a workshop, and are invited to attend the entire institute.
3. Follow us online – If you would like to follow the work of TTEF fellows, follow us on Twitter at @TTEFellowship. We will be posting news and updates about our work there.
